放心放心
老店的好處之一就是真材實料
合興的各種內餡兒都有混入真實食材不是人工調味劑模擬出來的
橘子的我目前還沒吃到
不過草莓口味真的吃得到草莓果粒、桂花口味在白豆沙裡也真的摻著細細的花末
我想挑戰度比較高的可能是巧克力吧…@_@

也是昨兒個去南門市場買菜剛好下手
他家創意口味多橘子草莓玫瑰桂花蔓越莓巧克力
價格又比九如實惠
皮薄餡兒紮實是我於古亭-中正紀念堂區域在住11年間最鍾意的選擇

@Ophelia, I agree with you on that from time to time we will recall our childhood memories via food. I myself would think of my mom even when I eat a bowl of instant noodles.

My family lives really close to the old location of 蔡萬興 and we used to go there a lot. In my childhood and teenhood, I even got tired of it every once in a while. Now I’m not in Taiwan anymore, reading your reviews about 蔡萬興 really brought me a lot of old memories. I actually do like their dishes a lot although they can be a little heavy. About the service, I never really care because I’ve always had the mentality of seeing 蔡萬興 as a "street stand" (sorry!!!)
