@array, red tape 原本指的是綑綁公文的紅帶子，所以引伸為官僚、繁文縟節，不知道跟你們老師講的一不一樣？

哈哈英文也有黃肚皮阿, 中文的黃肚皮, 聽說是朋友媽媽的真實故事
他姐姐在報社工作時拿出來寫過, 從此就傳開了

最近我也在學顏色的成語
the black market, to feel blue, the green light, green with envy, in the black, in the red, out of blue, the red carpet, red tape, a white lie….. 那個 red tap 我是等老師解釋才懂算是打官腔吧

有一次遇到外國人老闆要參加葬禮
秘書來問我要怎麼跟他說要包"白包"
我想了一想,就說"white envelope"吧
正好跟"red envelope"相對應
(其實有點好笑, 因為所有的envelope都是白的啊)

不過我到現在還是不知道白包該怎麼說
